Ryan Tyler is a prize-winning poet, songwriter, screenwriter, novelist, reporter, editor, fairyteller, riddler, and cruciverbalist. His articles and crossword puzzles have been published in The Chattanooga Times Free Press and the award-winning college newspaper, The Communicator, of which he served as editor-in-chief from 2010-2011.  His poetry and fiction have appeared in the college literary magazine, The Phoenix, of which he served as president from 2009-2011. His work can also be enjoyed on iTunes and YouTube.

This website, Read Ryan Tyler, showcases the author’s work and makes his singular style and voice available to universities, publishers, and agents who are in the position to benefit from and help further Ryan’s writing endeavors. His work has been praised by readers as “powerful,” “poignant,” “shrewd,” and on more the one occasion as “neo-Shakespearean.” His career goals include winning a Newbery Award, Grammy, Academy Award, and the coveted Pulitzer Prize.

The author is currently enrolled in a Southern college and will obtain an Associate’s degree in Journalism by May 2012. He yearns to transfer to an illustrious university in order to pursue a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Creative Writing and Linguistics, with minors in Film and Astronomy.
